Professor Boothe-Perry, Assistant Professor, teaches Torts, the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic, Consumer Law and Florida Practice. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and went on to graduate cum laude from Florida State University College of Law where she was Secretary for the Moot Court Team, Secretary for Phi Alpha Delta, and a Hogan Scholarship recipient. Professor Boothe-Perry is a member of the Order of Barristers. She worked as a defense litigator for ten years before joining the FAMU College of Law Faculty. Professor Boothe-Perry has earned numerous awards from the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations for her involvement with the Guardian Ad Litem Program. She is a member of the Florida Supreme Court Special Committee on Professionalism, and is a certified lecturer with the Department of Insurance.
