Professional Skills Requirement

 

A student can satisfy the Professional Skills Requirement by completing a clinic, or two of the classes set out below.  Students who entered the College of Law on or before Fall 2012 may also satisfy the professional skills requirement by completion of an approved pro bono.  The classes that satisfy the professional skills requirement are:

·       PRETRIAL PRACTICE WORKSHOP, LAW 6361

·       TRIAL PRACTICE, LAW 6363

·       LEGAL DRAFTING, LAW 6801

·       ADVANCED TRIAL PRACTICE, LAW 6367
