Keith NeylandProfessor Neyland joined the faculty during summer 2008 as an adjunct instructor teaching employment law. He served as Coordinator for Academic Support from 2008-2009, as Visiting Legal Writing Instructor from 2009-2010 and has served as Instructor in the Academic Success and Bar Preparation Program since 2010. Prior to coming to FAMU, he was Director of Human Resources at Holy Family Institute, a Catholic, non-profit organization with facilities in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He was Arbitrator on the U.S. Steel Corporation/United Steelworkers of America Board of Arbitration, where he conducted over 300 arbitration hearings and authored the related final and binding decisions. He holds a B.A. in history and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. Prof. Neyland is a member of the Pennsylvania bar.
