John Paul Jones has argued in the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeal for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 11th Circuits, The Florida Supreme Court, and has practiced before United States District Courts in fifteen states as well as several federal administrative agencies.  He is nationally recognized in the field of mediation, having trained some two thousand judges as a faculty member at the National Judicial College for the last fifteen years and as a trainer for several state Supreme Courts.
